Memory Cell Array
The non-volatile memory cells are organized in sectors, which consists of pages, which are structured in
blocks and map block.
Page
Each page consists of 16 data blocks of 64 bits each and one map block. The map block stores the mapping
information of the page in the sector. All blocks of a page are ECC-protected.
A page is the smallest granularity of data that can be changed (erased or written) within the cell array. One
data block is the minimum granularity of data that can be read from the NVM module within memory read
access.
