Capture/Compare Unit 6 (CCU6)
The Compare Status Modification Register CMPMODIF provides software-control (independent set and clear
conditions) for the channel state bits CC6xST. This feature enables the user to individually change the status
of the output lines by software, for example when the corresponding compare timer is stopped.

Capture/Compare State Bits
Bits CC6xST monitor the state of the capture/compare channels. Bits
CC6xST are related to T12; bit CC63ST is related to T13.
These bits are set and reset according to the T12 and T13 switching
rules.

compare value. In capture mode, the selected edge has not yet
been detected since the bit has been reset by software the last
time.
