In case of alarm by any perimeter device the alarm event is registered in the
Event
Log
of the computer, which is connected to the
Intrepid™
perimeter security system
(in terminology of
7.1.4
section – in the
Event Log
of
message server
), with number
assignment to this alarm. Beside this, in the
Event Log
of
message server
also all
the alarm resets with reasons specifications by operators are registered.
Working with the
Event Log
is described in
4.3
section.
When receiving message about
alarm
an operator can process it by resetting
from
status panel
. To do that, it is necessary to left-click red button on the status
panel to the right of message. During that, those messages, which are marked
with
(*)
in the table above, must be resetted with
reason
indication:
wind, rain,
animals, plants, constructions, staff, servicing, testing
or
unknown.
To reset a message with reason specification:
1. Left-click red button on the
status panel
to the
right of the message.
2.
Reason of alarm
list opens.
3. Select corresponding reason from the list (
wind,
rain, animals, plants, constructions, staff, servicing,
testing
or
unknown
), which caused an alarm, and
left-click it.
4. The message will disappear from the
status
panel
.
