Description
There is incorrect “routing chain” in the routing table. Possibly,
one or several computers, stated in the routing table, are not
added into system configuration.
Routing is configured so, that computers-gates get and receive
data through each other.
HASP-key license on the computer-gate doesn’t have permission
for working with routing or
Enable routing for this computer
check-box is not selected on the computer-gate.
When making decision, whether to use this option or not it is important to
understand that in case of several requests from receivers for receiving video with
different quality, the system will send to computer-gate video with maximum frame
rate of all specified in requests from computers-receivers, and maximum
parameters (image size, sensitivity and sharpness), corresponding to maximum
from requested qualities (table of correspondence between network translation
qualities and video image parameters is given in
3.5.2.7
section). Sending video
to computers-receivers and recompression of data will be performed by computer-
gate.

During network data transmission using routing the following errors can appear
(which will be displayed on video window, translating selected camera):
Attention!
Traffic minimization is not supported in video translation from IP-
cameras.
To do that, select computer-receiver in the list of computers and select
Minimize traffic
check-box under routing table on the
Routing
tab of the
Network
panel.
