4. WORKING WITH VIDEONET SYSTEM
In this section working with the system is described: translating and emergency
recording of audio/video information, playing records, starting sequencers and
Pan Tilt patrol programs, creating video/audio clips and exporting video image
frames, switching between monitor modes and network matrix monitors, working
with graphic plans of guarded objects. If you are a system operator, it is strongly
recommended to get acquainted with all sections of this chapter.
There are two working modes in
VideoNet
system:
configuration setup mode
and
surveillance mode
.
Surveillance mode
is intended for operator’s working
with the system.
Configuration setup mode
is intended for system parameters
setup; usually system administrator works in this mode.
In the
surveillance mode
an operator can perform actions both using commands
from
video window menu
or
mode panel menu
, and with the help of hotkeys of the
keyboard or from system controller.
