in the upper
field of the dialogue box. Hold

TRL

HIFT
to select several users/groups
simultaneously.
7. Click
Add
button under
Names
list in the
Add users and groups
dialogue box.
8. Selected
users/groups
will appear in
Add names
list.
9. Click
OK
. Added users will appear in the
Members
list of the
New group
dialogue box.
10. If you want to add a few more users to the group, you are creating, pass
through the
steps 4 – 9
once again.
11. Click
OK
to complete the dialogue.
Groups can include other groups as their members. But circular groups are
not allowed: if group
A
includes group
B
as a member, group
B
in its turn can
not include group
A
.
