For this reaction activation network connection between local and remote
computers, selected in the list, must be set.
To provide correct working of this reaction you should configure
Notification from
remote computers
event at the remote computer, on which you want to send
notification. Types of the sent and the received notifications must coincide (refer to
3.7.2.10 section,

You can configure reaction properties on the
General
tab. Open reaction
Properties
dialogue box (see the
steps 1-3
of the algorithm of

section).

Description
Select message type from the drop-down list. Notification
can be
alarm
or
custom
.
Select
alarm
type, if you have nothing to specify in the
notification.
Select
custom
type, if you need to transmit additional
information, encoded by a number from 0 till 1000, to
system operator. The advantage of this notification is that
you can not only notify a remote operator of an alarm, but
also specify a reason of it.
Select computers, to which you want to send notifications.
Select this option, if you want to send notifications to all
remote computers.
Select this option, click
Add
button and select those remote
computers, to which you want to send notifications, in
the list of the dialogue box opened.
Attention!
To provide correct working of the schedule it is necessary that
types of the sent and the received notifications coincide; notification of the
custom type must have the same number as that, you receive in the
Notification
from remote computers
event. To configure the event refer to
3.7.2.10
section.
