Attention!
Remote computer can be added to system configuration of your
computer, only if
VideoNet
is running on the remote computer. Otherwise
adding new computer to configuration is impossible.
To terminate connection process, click
S
TOP
button.
If you don’t know computer
IP-address
or
name
, click
Browse...
button in
the
Computer
field.
Browse for computer
dialogue box opens. Select a
computer, you want to add and click
OK
. This computer
IP-address/name
will be placed in the corresponding edit box.
Computer port
for outgoing connection can be arbitrary within the interval
of available numbers (these are the opened ports in your operation system).
If you don’t know, what port numbers of your operation system are opened,
contact system administrator.
Attention!
The
port
, you have specified, must be added and selected on
Incoming connections
tab (see the next section) on new remote computer,
you are adding to configuration.
6. Click
N
EXT
to continue.
Add new computer wizard
starts establishing connection with selected
computer and performing interchange of configuration versions. In the
Status
field the wizard shortly describes the action, performed at the moment.
In the
Progress indicator
field the process of new computer adding is
displayed.
In this case changing
IP-address
of the computer, added to configuration
doesn’t cause necessity of additional connection parameters setup for this
computer.
