Relay outputs controller
It is intended for relay outputs connection. You can connect the following kinds of
relay output controllers to the system:

Pan Tilt controller
It is intended for operating with pan and tilt devices and zoom lenses in
VideoNet
system.
VideoNet
system distinguishes two types of controllers:
- Pan Tilt controllers for COM-port
You should add controllers of that type to system configuration, if you want to
work with Pan Tilt
cameras
, operated by controller via COM-port of the computer.
Beforehand it is necessary to connect a Pan Tilt
camera
to an input of
video
capture device
, and to connect the
Pan Tilt controller
itself via converter to
COM-port of the computer (for schemes of Pan Tilt camera connecting via
converter refer to the
Installation Manual
).
Pan Tilt controller
and Pan Tilt
camera
can be combined to one device, in this case the Pan Tilt
camera
has,
except coaxial cable (that can be connected to an input of video capture device),
a null modem cable (that can be connected to COM-port of the computer).
It is also necessary to add the above listed devices into system configuration
and to specify an order of their connection in the device tree.
- Pan Tilt controllers for IP-camera
Controllers of that type should be added to system configuration, if you want to
work with Pan Tilt
IP-cameras
. Physically
Pan Tilt controller for IP-camera
is not
a separate device, it is a part of
IP-camera device.
But from the point of view of
the
VideoNet
system
Pan Tilt controller for IP-camera
and
IP-camera
are
separate devices. That’s why for correct working with IP-camera it is necessary
to add
Pan Tilt controller for IP-camera
into system configuration and to connect
it to
IP-camera.
- Pan Tilt controllers through external device (cameras controlling device)
Controllers of that type should be added to system configuration, if you want to
work with Pan Tilt
cameras
, operated through
external device – cameras
controlling device
.
Pan Tilt controller through external device
is not a separate device in
VideoNet
system, it is a part of
cameras controlling device
.
For the correct work of the system with
cameras controlling device
it should be
specified in the device tree, what Pan Tilt
cameras
will be operated by the
controller.
In the properties of the controller it is necessary to identify
cameras controlling
device
, in which there is the controller, and video input number at its card, to which
the camera is connected.
Cameras controlling device
It enables operating with a great number of Pan Tilt cameras. Several Pan Tilt
