It’s necessary to assign priorities
highest, high, normal
or
low
to
those users, which will conrol Pan Tilt cameras. When priorities
assigning it’s important to understand that a user with lower priority
can’t recapture controlling Pan Tilt camera from a user with higher
priority. In more detail Pan Tilt control is described in
4.2.13
section.
Add user with

Names and passwords of users, who will work with
VideoNet
using web-access, must contain only Roman letters and/or ciphers.

can be solved by removing user from the system.
To remove user account:

account can’t be removed from VideoNet system; you
can only change user full name or password. All other accounts can be added
or removed by any user with the corresponding permissions granted.

For correct working of users with the following
VideoNet
functions it’s necessary
to satisfy requirements to configuring these users parameters:
To configure user
groups
select the
Groups
tab on the
Access
panel.
Groups
tab
contains information about all the
VideoNet
system user
groups
. As well as in the
operation system Windows XP,
groups
in the
VideoNet
system combine
several users with equal rights. This enables to assign rights to the group as a
whole instead of granting them to every user
separately.

Combining users
into groups
is the most convenient way to maintain security
of the system.
To create new user group:
