Periodic Inspection
Check the following items during periodic maintenance.
Before beginning inspection, be sure to turn OFF the power supply. Confirm that all the
indicators on the front panel have turned OFF, and then wait until at least 1 minute has
elapsed before beginning the inspection.
Be sure not to touch the terminals right after the power has been turned OFF. Otherwise,
an electric shock may occur.

The terminal screws of the Inverter should not loose.
·
There should be no conductive dust or oil mist on the terminal block or inside the
Inverter.
·
The mounting screws of the Inverter should not be loose.
·
No dirt or dust should be accumulating on the radiation fin.
·
No dust should be accumulating on the vents of the Inverter.
·
There should be no abnormalities in the outward appearance of the Inverter.
·
There should be no unusual noises or vibration and the accumulated operating time
should not exceeded the specifications.

Periodic Maintenance Parts
Periodic inspection standards vary with the installation environment and usage condi-
tions of the Inverter.
The maintenance periods of the Inverter are described below. Keep them as reference.

It is recommended that the ambient temperature and power-on time be reduced as
much as possible to extend of the life of the Inverter.
