Bushing Removal

Note:

Jig details are in accordance with ram sizes. See 

Service Tools,

Section 1.

Place the cylinder head on the work bench with the
cylinder tube connecting surface facing up.

The work bench should be clean so that no dust or other
foreign matter can cause damage to the pipe joint .

Remove the bushing securing snap ring.

Secure the cylinder head in a vice, etc. and using a
screwdriver blade, pull out the snap ring and remove.
