Bucket Ram - Removal (cont’d)

Attach a sling to support the ram.

Remove the nuts and bolts from the cylinder end of the
ram. Push out the pin using a bar and hammer. Lift the
ram clear.

WARNING
Metal Splinters
You can be injured by flying metal splinters when driving
metal pins in or out. Use a soft faced hammer or drift to
remove and fit metal pins. Always wear safety glasses.

Attach a sling to the ram and lift it into position on the
dipper.

Install the pin, bolt and nuts to the cylinder end of the
ram.
