Retraction side cushion assembly (dipper ram)

Where there is a cushion at the retraction side (end of
piston rod

) assemble the cushion bearing as follows:

Expand the slit of the cushion seal

and place

the        seal on the end of the piston rod

Insert the cushion ring

on the

surface and

install the collar

Note:

While fitting the collar

, take care that it does not

break.

Move the cushion ring

to the right until it is in

contact with the collar

Tap the snap ring

with a plastic hammer to

install.

Install the piston nut

after assembling the snap

Ensure the cushion seal
