Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil
seal lip.
9 When installing the spacer into the crankcase,
pay careful attention to the crankcase oil seal
lip.
9 Install the spacer with its chamfered side

facing the crankcase.

9 Be sure the circlip sharp-edged corner

positioned opposite side to the plain washer
and gear

9 Be sure the circlip end

9 2nd wheel gear (23 T)

9 4th wheel gear (24 T)

9 3rd wheel gear (23 T)

9 5th wheel gear (20 T)

9 1st wheel gear (27 T)

9 O-ring

To drive axle

NOTE:
9 Apply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the inner
and end surface of the idler gear and on the
inner surface of the sliding gear, then install.
9 Apply the lithium soap base grease on the O-
ring.
