Posizionare l’albero primario sul
semicarter destro (lato frizione) con
il rasamento sopracitato.
Montare la forchetta (F) e il relativo
perno (P).
Controllare che il tamburo sia nella
posizione NEUTRAL, osservandone
l’estremità dal lato frizione.
A questo punto, tenendo l’albero
primario in posizione, controllare che
gli innesti frontali dell’ingranaggio
scorrevole siano equidistanti rispetto
a quelli sugli ingranaggi fissi. Fare
questa verifica inserendo la lama (S)
di uno spessimetro tra gli innesti.
Note
Durante questa operazione
premere l’ingranaggio scorrevole in
un senso e nell’altro in modo da
annullare i giochi.
Se non si rileva l’equidistanza
degli innesti frontali, sostituire lo
spessore (L) dell’albero primario
con uno più appropriato.
Installare sull’albero secondario un
rasamento (H) di
2,5 mm come
partenza.
Position the primary shaft on the
right-hand casing (clutch-side) with
the above mentioned shim.
Fit the fork (F) and relative pin (P).
Check that the drum is in the
NEUTRAL position when observing
the end from the clutch side.
At this point hold the primary shaft
in position, check that the front
coupling dogs of the sliding gear
are equidistant with respect to
the couplings on the fixed gears.
Perform this check by inserting a
feeler gauge (S) between the dogs.
Notes
During this procedure push the
sliding gear in one direction and then
in the other in such a way as to
eliminate play.
If the frontal coupling dogs are found
not to be equidistant, substitute
primary shaft shim spacer (L) for a
more appropriate shim.
Equip the secondary shaft with a
shim (H) size
2.5 mm as a starting
point.
