Smontaggio coperchio
alternatore
Note
Per maggiore chiarezza nelle
immagini è rappresentato un blocco
motore rimosso dal telaio.
Svitare la vite (1), recuperando la
rosetta (
37 ) e rimuovere il sensore
motore (7) sul coperchio alternatore,
facendo attenzione allo spessore (8) e
alla guarnizione OR (
9 ).
Svitare le due viti (6) di fissaggio del
coperchietto (5) in corrispondenza
dell'albero motore.
Svitare le viti ( 10 ), ( 11 ) e ( 12 ) di
fissaggio coperchio alternatore,
indicate in figura dalle frecce.
Recuperare le due rosette (35) ed
il passatubo (36).
Utilizzare l'attrezzo 88713.1749
fissandolo ai fori delle viti (6) appena
rimosse.
Ruotare lentamente l'attrezzo fino ad
ottenere il distacco del coperchio (28)
dal semicarter sinistro.

Removing the generator
cover
Notes
For reasons of clarity, figures
show the engine assembly removed
from frame.
Undo screw (1), recover washer ( 37 )
and remove engine sensor (7) on the
generator cover, taking care not to
lose shim (8) and O-ring (
9 ).
Undo the two retaining screws (6) of
cover (5) in the area of the crankshaft.
Undo generator cover screws ( 10 ),
( 11 ) and ( 12 ) shown in figure by
the arrows.
Recover two washers (35) and hose
gland (36).
Fix tool part no. 88713.1749 to the
holes of the two screws (6) you have
just removed.
Turn the tool shaft slowly to remove
cover (28) from the LH casing.
