Rimontaggio valvole
Note
Nelle immagini la testa è
sprovvista di bilanciere di apertura,
ma l’operazione è possibile anche
con quest’ultimo montato.
Posizionare le valvole (16) e (17) sulla
testa.
Utilizzando due cacciaviti bloccare il
bilanciere di chiusura (18) in posizione
di valvola aperta.
Inserire nello stelo valvola (16) il
registro di chiusura (8) con il lato di
diametro maggiore rivolto verso il
bilanciere.
Posizionare i due semianelli (7) di
fermo sullo stelo valvola.
Rimuovere i due cacciaviti e
posizionare il bilanciere di chiusura (18)
in condizione di riposo.
Con la valvola in condizione di riposo
e contrastando la forza della molla di
ritorno spingendo sul bilanciere,
verificare che il gioco tra pattino del
bilanciere e registro di chiusura sia
quello prescritto (Sez. N 4.1).
In caso contrario eseguire la
registrazione gioco valvola
(Sez. N 4.1).
Reinstalling the valves
Notes
In the diagrams the head is
without the opening rocker arm,
although the procedure can be
performed also with the rocker arm
installed.
Position valves (16) and (17) on the
head.
Use two screwdrivers to block
closing rocker arm (18) in the valve
open position.
Fit closing shim (8) on valve stem (16)
with the larger diameter side facing
the rocker arm.
Position retaining split rings (7) on the
valve stem.
Remove the two screwdrivers and
bring closing rocker arm (18) to its
rest position.
With the valve at rest, and contrasting
the force of the return spring by
pushing on the rocker arm, check
that the clearance between the
rocker arm shoe and the closing
shim is as prescribed (Sect. N 4.1).
If it is not, adjust valve clearance
(Sect. N 4.1).
