Smontaggio gruppo teste
motore
Il motore 1000 è stato progettato con
una diminuzione dell’angolo tra le
valvole di aspirazione e scarico.
In questo caso è stato possibile
disegnare una migliore forma della
camera di combustione e diminuire
il suo volume ottenendo una
combustione più completa, una
compressione più elevata ed una
potenza maggiore. La nuova
configurazione pone gli alberi a
camme in rapporto più diretto con
le valvole, riducendo in tal modo
l'attrito e la sollecitazione esercitata
sui componenti delle valvole e,
di conseguenza, aumentandone
l'affidabilità
Le temperature del motore sono
state ulteriormente ridotte e
l’affidabilità migliorata grazie ad una
nuova forma e disposizione e ad un
numero maggiore di alette di
raffreddamento.
Smontaggio teste
Note
Durante lo smontaggio dei
componenti posti nella testa cilindro è
della massima importanza che essi
vengano disposti in modo opportuno
oppure contrassegnarli al fine di
poterli rimontare nella esatta
posizione occupata prima dello
smontaggio.
Utilizzando l'attrezzo 88713.2676 ,
svitare i dadi poligonali (19) sui
prigionieri (P) della testa.
Rimuovere i dadi poligonali (19) e
recuperare le rosette speciali (20)
posizionate fra dado e testa.
Rimuovere la testa completa dal
motore, sfilandola dai prigionieri.
Rimuovere le guarnizioni cilindro
testa (12).

Removing the cylinder

The 1000 engine is designed with a
reduced angle between the intake
and exhaust valves.
In this case it is possible to design
improved combustion chamber
geometry and distribute the relative
volume to obtain more complete
combustion, higher compression, and
more power. The new configuration
sets the camshafts in a closer
relationship with the valves, thereby
reducing friction and stress on valve
components and, consequently,
enhancing reliability
The engine temperatures have
been further reduced and reliability
improved thanks to the new
geometry and layout and greater
number of cooling fins.
Removing the heads
Notes
At the time of disassembly of
the components mounted on the
cylinder head it is essential that they
are correctly laid out or marked in
such a way that they can be refitted
in exactly the same position they
occupied before being removed.
With tool part no. 88713.2676 ,
undo polygonal nuts (19) on head
stud bolts (P).
Remove polygonal nuts (19) and
recover special washers (20)
positioned between nut and head.
Remove the complete head by sliding
it off the engine stud-bolts.
Remove head to cylinder gaskets (12).
