Rimontaggio forcellone
posteriore
Applicare grasso su entrambi i lati del
rasamento scelto durante la verifica
del gioco assiale (vedi paragrafo
“Verifica gioco assiale forcellone”
di questo capitolo).
Posizionare il forcellone (4) sul blocco
motore frapponendo sul lato sinistro il
rasamento (3) scelto.
Inserire il perno (5) (opportunamente
lubrificato con grasso) dal lato sinistro
del forcellone insieme all’anello
seeger (2) e introdurlo per circa metà
della sua lunghezza.
Spingere il braccio sinistro del
forcellone contro al blocco motore, ed
installare fra braccio destro e motore
il rasamento (3) scelto durante la
verifica del gioco assiale.
Inserire completamente il perno
forcellone (5), facendo attenzione a
non danneggiare i rasamenti (3).
Inserire l’altro anello seeger (2).
In caso siano stati rimossi dal
forcellone (4) posizionare i grani (6) di
fissaggio perno forcellone (5).
Serrare i grani (6) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Applicare frenafiletti sulla vite (9) che
fissa il pattino catena (7) al forcellone.
Posizionare sul forcellone (4) il pattino
catena (7) e fissarlo avvitando le viti (9).
Serrare le viti (9) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimontare la trasmissione secondaria
come indicato alla Sezione G 8.
Posizionare sul forcellone il
copricatena (8) e fissarlo, serrando le
viti (9) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare i tappi (1) ai lati del
forcellone.

Refitting the swingarm
Grease both faces of the shims (9)
you have selected after measuring
endfloat (see heading “Checking
swingarm endfloat” in this section).
Position the swingarm (4) on the
engine interposing the selected
shim (3) on the left-hand side.
Grease the pivot shaft (5) and insert
it from the left side of the swingarm
together with circlip (2). Insert the
shaft to about half its length.
Push the left arm of swingarm against
engine and fit between the right arm
and the engine the shim thickness (3)
determined after measuring the
endfloat.
Fully insert the swingarm pivot
shaft (5) taking care not to damage
the shims (3).
Fit the other circlip (2).
If previously removed from
the swingarm (4), locate the
grubscrews (6) that secure the
pivot shaft (5).
Tighten the grub screws (6) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Apply threadlocker to the bolts (9)
that secure the chain slider (7) to
the swingarm.
Locate the chain slider (7) on the
swingarm (4) and secure with the
bolts (9).
Tighten the bolts (9) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the final drive as indicated in
Section G 8.
Fit the chain guard (8) to the
swingarm and tighten the bolts (9)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the plugs (1) on either side of
the swingarm.
