Sostituzione pignone
catena
Smontaggio pignone catena
Rimuovere il coperchio pignone (13)
svitando le viti (14).
Allentare la catena (Sez. D 4).
Inserire una marcia bassa ribadire
la rosetta di sicurezza (11) e svitare
il dado (10) sulla rosetta di
sicurezza (11).
Rimuovere la rosetta (11) dall’albero
secondario cambio.
Sfilare il pignone motore (12) con
catena (9) dall’albero secondario
cambio e poi scarrucolare la catena
dal pignone stesso.
Rimontaggio pignone catena
Verificare che la calettatura dell’albero
secondario e quella del pignone
risultino in perfette condizioni.
Installare la catena (9) sul pignone (12).
Inserire il pignone sull’albero
secondario cambio (A).
Inserire la rosetta di sicurezza (11)
sull’albero secondario cambio.
Applicare grasso sull’albero
secondario e sul piano di giunzione
del dado (10).
Posizionare il cambio in folle.
Bloccare il dado (10) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ribadire la rosetta di sicurezza (11).
Eseguire il tensionamento della
catena (Sez. D 4).
Posizionare il coperchio pignone (13)
serrando le viti (14) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Renewal of the front
sprocket
Removing the front sprocket
Unscrew the bolts (14) and remove
the sprocket cover (13).
Slacken the chain (Sect. D 4).
Engage a low gear, relieve the staking
on the lock washer (11) and unscrew
the nut (10).
Remove the lock washer (11) from
the gearbox output shaft.
Slide the front sprocket (12) with the
chain (9) off the gearbox output shaft
and then unhook the chain from the
sprocket.
Refitting the front sprocket
Check that the splines of the gearbox
output shaft and the sprocket are in
perfect condition.
Hook the chain (9) onto the
sprocket (12).
Slide the sprocket onto the gearbox
output shaft (A).
Fit the lock washer (11) onto the
gearbox output shaft.
Apply grease to the output shaft and
the contact face of the nut (10).
Put the gearbox into neutral.
Tighten the nut (10) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Stake over the lock washer (11).
Adjust the chain tension (Sect. D 4).
Fit the sprocket cover (13) and tighten
the bolts (14) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
