Rimontaggio pedane
Le operazioni di rimontaggio di
seguito descritte sono analoghe sia
per la staffa destra (5) che per la staffa
sinistra (11).
Posizionare la molla (8) tra le battute
della pedana (3) e montarla sulla
staffa (5), inserendo l'estremità
rettilinea della molla nel foro della
staffa.
Introdurre dal lato superiore il
perno (4) opportunamente ingrassato
e bloccarlo sul lato opposto con
l'anello (7).
Effettuare le stesse operazioni per
il montaggio della staffa (11) e
pedana (9).
Applicare frenafiletti alle viti (6).
Posizionare la staffa destra (5) e la
staffa sinistra (11) sul telaio e
impuntare le viti (6).
Serrare le viti (6) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Per quanto riguarda la staffa
sinistra (11) riposizionare la levetta
sull'albero cambio e fissarla,
serrando alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) la vite (A).
Refitting the footrests
The refitting procedure is identical for
the right footrest bracket (5) and the
left footrest bracket (11).
Locate the spring (8) between the
lugs of the footrest (3) and fit it to the
bracket (5), inserting the straight end
of the spring in the hole in the
bracket.
Grease the pivot bolt (4) and insert it
from above, securing it on the other
side with the retaining clip (7).
Follow the same procedure to refit
the bracket (11) and footrest (9).
Apply threadlocker to the bolts (6).
Locate the right bracket (5) and the
left bracket (11) on the frame and
start the bolts (6).
Tighten the bolts (6) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
For the left bracket (11), relocate the
gearchange lever on the selector
shaft and tighten the retaining bolt (A)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
