Rimontaggio pulegge albero
rinvio distribuzione
Installare sull'albero rinvio
distribuzione, lato pulegge, l'anello
elastico di arresto (25). Utilizzare per
guidarlo in sede il cappuccio di
protezione cod.
88700.5749.
Installare il distanziale (5) con lo
scasso rivolto verso il carter.
Nel motore 1000DS sono presenti
pulegge distribuzione con venti denti
a differenza degli altri motori 2V che
montano pulegge da 18 denti.
In questo modo è diminuito lo spazio
tra puleggia e carter.
Per facilitare il montaggio è
buona regola montare le pulegge
distribuzione già complete di cinghie.
Posizionare sull'albero rinvio
distribuzione la prima linguetta (26),
la puleggia interna (29) completa di
cinghia (28) con il mozzo sporgente
verso l'esterno e la rondella di
guida (10).
Procedere poi con il montaggio della
seconda linguetta (27), della puleggia
esterna (8) completa di cinghia (9) con
il mozzo sporgente verso l'interno,
del distanziale esterno (7) e della
ghiera di bloccaggio (6).
Importante
Per evitare allentamenti
accidentali che causerebbero gravi
danni al motore, è necessario
utilizzare ghiere autobloccanti nuove
in corrispondenza del fissaggio di
tutte le pulegge distribuzione.
Bloccare con la chiave dell'attrezzo
88700.5644 la rotazione delle
pulegge e, utilizzando la bussola ad
esso abbinata inserita in una chiave
dinamometrica, serrare la ghiera
autobloccante alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Refitting the timing belt
driveshaft pulleys
Fit circlip (25) on the pulley side of
the timing belt driveshaft, using
protection cap
88700.5749.
Fit spacer (5) with the slot facing
the crankcase.
The 1000DS engine has timing
sprockets with 20 teeth, while the
other 2V engines have timing
sprockets with 18 teeth.
This serves to reduce the space
between sprockets and crankcase.
To facilitate assembly it is good
practice to fit the timing sprockets
already complete with the belts.
Position the first key (26), the inner
sprocket (29) complete with belt (28)
with the protruding hub facing
outwards and the guide washer (10)
on the timing belt driveshaft.
Then fit the second key (27), the outer
pulley (8) complete with belt (9) with
the protruding hub facing inwards,
the outer spacer (7) and the lock
nut (6).
Important
To prevent the nuts working
loose and consequent serious engine
damage, always use new self-locking
ring nuts on all timing belt pulleys on
reassembly.
Lock rotation of the pulleys with the
wrench of tool part no.
88700.5644
and, using the combined bush
inserted in a torque wrench, tighten
the self-locking ring nut to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
