Ricomposizione forcella
anteriore
Bloccare lo scorrevole in morsa.
Proteggere l'estremità dello
scorrevole con nastro.
Importante
Prima di installare l'anello di
tenuta (21), lubrificare i bordi di
scorrimento con olio forcella o con
grasso per tenute.
Installare l'anello di tenuta (21) con la
superficie marcata rivolta verso il
parapolvere (16).
Installare i seguenti componenti nello
scorrevole (18):
- parapolvere (16);
- anello di fermo (17);
- anello di tenuta (21);
- scodellino (20);
- boccola di guida (19);
- boccola (15).
Note
Prima di assemblare lo
scorrevole con il fodero esterno,
lubrificare le superfici di scorrimento
delle boccole con olio forcella.
Spingere la boccola di guida (19) e lo
scodellino (20) nel fodero esterno (11)
utilizzando l'attrezzo premi anello
di tenuta (F, cod.
88713.1096 ).
Spingere l'anello di tenuta (21)
nel fodero utilizzando la stessa
attrezzatura.
Installare l'anello di fermo (17) e
il parapolvere (16).
Importante
Il fodero esterno deve scorrere
liberamente sullo scorrevole.
Supportare esclusivamente con le
mani gli scorrevoli e i foderi esterni
per non danneggiare gli anelli di
tenuta e le boccole di guida.
Inserire la cartuccia ammortizzatore
completa (12) nello scorrevole (18).
Installare la guarnizione (14) e la vite
di registro compressione (13).
Serrare alla coppia di 30÷40 Nm.
Reassembling the front fork
Clamp the inner tube in a vice.
Protect the end of the inner tube
with tape.
Important
Before installation, smear the
sliding edges of oil seal (21) with fork
oil or oil seal grease.
Install the oil seal (21) with the marked
surface facing the dust seal (16).
Fit the following components to the
inner tube (18):
- dust seal (16);
- circlip (17);
- oil seal (21);
- ring (20);
- bush (19);
- bush (15).
Notes
Before assembling the inner
and outer fork tubes, lubricate the
sliding surfaces of the bushes with
fork oil.
Push the guide bush (19) and
the ring (20) into the outer tube (11)
using the oil seal tool (F, part
no.
88713.1096 ).
Drive the oil seal (21) into the outer
tube using the same tool.
Fit the circlip (17) and the dust
seal (16).
Important
The outer tube must slide freely
on the inner tube. Handle the inner
and outer tubes with your hands only.
The use of tools might damage the oil
seals and bushes.
Insert the damper assembly (12)
into the inner tube (18).
Fit the seal (14) and the compression
damping adjuster screw (13).
Tighten to a torque of 30 to 40 Nm.
