Rimontaggio
semimanubri
Controllare che siano montate le
spine (4).
Posizionare i semimanubri destro (7)
e sinistro (6) completi negli steli
forcella.
Se durante lo smontaggio sono state
rimosse dalla loro sede applicare
grasso prescritto sul filetto delle
viti (5).
Serrare le viti (5) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Per completare l'installazione del
semimanubrio destro occorre
rimontare i seguenti particolari:
Installare il comando freno anteriore
(Sez. F 3).
Installare il commutatore destro
(Sez. P 5).
Installare il comando acceleratore
(Sez. F 1).
Posizionare lo specchio retrovisore
destro (3) con la boccola (
9 ) e
la bussola ( 10 ) e serrare la vite (8)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Per completare l'installazione del
semimanubrio sinistro occorre
rimontare i seguenti particolari:
Installare il comando idraulico frizione
(Sez. F 2).
Installare il commutatore sinistro
(Sez. P 5).
Montare la manopola (2).
Posizionare lo specchio retrovisore
sinistro (1) con la boccola (
9 ) e la
bussola ( 10 ) e serrare la vite (8) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Refitting the handlebars
Check that the spring pins (4) are
installed.
Slide the right handlebar (7) and left
handlebar (6) off the fork legs.
If the bolts (5) were removed during
the handlebars removal procedure,
apply the recommended grease to
their threads.
Tighten the bolts (5) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
To complete the RH handlebar
refitting procedure, install the
following parts:
Refit the brake master cylinder
(Sect. F 3).
Refit the RH handlebar switch
(Sect. P 5)
Refit the throttle twistgrip (Sect. F 1).
Locate the RH rear-view mirror (3)
with the bush (
9 ) and the bush ( 10 )
and tighten the bolt (8) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
To complete the LH handlebar
refitting procedure, install the
following parts:
Refit the clutch control lever
(Sect. F 2).
Refit LH handlebar switch (Sect. P 5).
Fit the grip (2).
Locate the LH rear-view mirror (1)
with the bush (
9 ) and the bush ( 10 )
and tighten the bolt (8) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
