Rimontaggio forcella
anteriore
Procedere al rimontaggio degli steli
posizionandoli, rispetto alla base di
sterzo, all’altezza indicata in figura.
Posizionare gli steli (5) e (6) sulla base
di sterzo (4) e successivamente
inserire i semimanubri (8) e (9).
Posizionare gli steli (5) e (6) sulla testa
di sterzo (3).
Bloccare gli steli serrando alla coppia
prescritta le viti (2) e (1) (Sez. C 3) di
fissaggio alla base di sterzo (4) e alla
testa di sterzo (3) con la sequenza
1-2-1.
Bloccare le viti (7) dei semimanubri
alla coppia di serraggio prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Importante
Se durante lo smontaggio
sono state rimosse dalla loro sede,
applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
delle viti (1), (2), e (7) prima di
procedere al relativo bloccaggio.
Rimontare le strutture rimosse dal
mototelaio:
Attenzione
Non utilizzare il motociclo senza
il parafango anteriore per evitare
che le tubazioni freno vadano ad
interferire con la ruota durante la
frenata.

Refitting the front forks
Refit the fork legs, positioning them
at the height shown in the figure
relative to the bottom yoke.
Locate the fork legs (5) and (6) in the
bottom yoke (4) and then fit the
handlebars (8) and (9).
Locate the fork legs (5) and (6) in the
top yoke (3).
Tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3) the clamp bolts (2) and (1)
securing the legs to the bottom
yoke (4) and to the top yoke (3) in
the sequence 1-2-1.
Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts (7)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Important
If they were removed during
disassembly, apply the recommended
grease to the threads of screws (1), (2)
and (7) before tightening them.
Refit any parts removed from the
frame:
Warning
Do not use the motorcycle
without the front mudguard fitted
to avoid the risk of the brake pipes
fouling the wheel on braking.
