Rimontaggio ruota
posteriore
Inserire la flangia portacorona nella
ruota (Sez. G 8).
Montare il disco freno posteriore
(Sez. G 6).
Lubrificare le parti filettate dei
cursori (10).
In caso siano stati rimossi, rimontare
i cursori (10), i coperchi (9) e i dadi (8)
sul forcellone: applicare lubrificante
prescritto sulle filettature dei dadi (8).
Lubrificare il perno (2).
Posizionare il cursore (11) dal lato
destro sul perno (2).
Inserire il perno ruota (2) nel
forcellone facendo attenzione a
centrare il foro del cursore (10).
Inserire sul perno un cursore
interno (13) lato destro, il
distanziale (12) e la piastra
portapinza (A).
Inserire la ruota (5) nel forcellone con
l’altro cursore (13) facendo attenzione
al disco freno quando viene inserito
nella pinza freno e posizionare la
catena (B) di trasmissione sul
forcellone.
Spingere il perno (2) fino a battuta
sul forcellone facendolo passare nel
mozzo ruota e nel cursore interno (13)
lato sinistro.
Posizionare l’altro cursore (11) e il
distanziale (14) opportunamente
ingrassato sul perno (2).
Montare la catena di trasmissione (B)
sulla corona.
Applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
del perno (2) e sul piano di giunzione
del dado (1).
Impuntare il dado (1) e portarlo a
battuta senza serrarlo.
Eseguire le operazioni di
tensionamento catena ed
allineamento ruota come indicato
alla Sezione D 4.
Verificare che il tubo freno non risulti
schiacciato o eccessivamente
piegato.
Serrare il dado (1) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Serrare i dadi (8) sui tendicatena alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Note
Eseguire la verifica del traferro
tra il sensore (C) e la vite di fissaggio
disco freno posteriore: deve essere
compreso tra
0,6÷2,2 mm (Sez. G 6).
Refitting the rear wheel
Install the sprocket flange on the
wheel (Sect. G 8).
Fit the rear brake disc (Sect. G 6).
Lubricate the threads of the
sliders (10).
If removed, refit the sliders (10) the
cover plates (9) and the nuts (8) on
the swingarm: apply the
recommended lubricant to the
threads of the nuts (8).
Lubricate the axle (2).
Locate the right-hand side slider (11)
on the axle (2).
Install the axle (2) in the swingarm,
making sure it passes through the
hole in the slider (10).
Mount the RH inner slider (13), the
spacer (12) and the caliper mounting
bracket (A) on the axle.
Install the wheel (5) in the swingarm
with the other slider (13), inserting
the brake disc carefully in the caliper,
and position the drive chain (B) on the
swing arm.
Push the axle (2) fully home in the
swingarm, passing it through the
wheel hub and the LH inner slider (13).
Locate the other slider (11) and the
spacer (14) (greased) on the axle (2).
Fit the drive chain (B) onto the
sprocket.
Apply grease to thread of the axle (2)
and to the contact face of the nut (1).
Start the nut (1) on the axle, and turn
until lightly seated, without
tightening.
Tension the chain and align the wheel
as described in Section D 4.
Check that the brake hose is not
pinched or excessively bent.
Tighten the wheel nut (1) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Tighten the chain tensioner nuts (8)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Notes
Check the gap between the
sensor (C) and the rear brake disc
bolt: the clearance should be
0.6 to
2.2 mm (Sect. G 6).
