Rimontaggio pulegge alberi
distribuzione
Verificare che la sede della linguetta
sull'estremità dell’albero distribuzione
risulti integra e senza sbavature.
Installare una linguetta (C) nella sede
dell’ albero distribuzione.
Assemblare i componenti inserendo
nella flangia (17) la puleggia (16) e la
rosetta (15) come mostrato in figura.
Importante
Durante il rimontaggio fare
attenzione che la punzonatura “B”
sulla flangia distanziale e la
punzonatura “A” sulla puleggia e
sulla rosetta coincidano.
Avvitare le tre viti (12) sulla flangia
portandole in battuta sulla rosetta (15)
e allentandole poi di 1/4 di giro.
Inserire l’insieme puleggia (16),
appena composto, sull’albero
distribuzione, spingendolo fino in
battuta.
Inserire nelle puleggie l’attrezzo
88713.2355 per bloccarne la
rotazione.
Applicare un velo di grasso prescritto
sul filetto e sul sottotesta della ghiera
(13) di fissaggio puleggia e impuntarla
sull’albero distribuzione, assieme alla
rosetta (14).
Importante
Utilizzare sempre ad ogni
montaggio ghiere nuove.
Utilizzando la bussola dell’attrezzo
88700.5644 abbinata ad una chiave
dinamometrica, bloccare le ghiere (13)
alla coppia di serraggio prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Reassembling the timing
unit
Refitting the camshaft rollers
Check that the keyway at the end of
the camshaft is in good condition and
without burrs.
Fit one key (C) into the camshaft
keyway.
To assemble these parts, install belt
pulley (16) and washer (15) inside
flange (17), as shown in the figure.
Important
At reassembly, ensure
that mark “B” on the spacer flange
and mark “A” on the belt pulley and
washer are aligned.
Insert the three screws (12) into
the flange and screw them fully home
on washer (15), then back them off by
1/4 of a turn.
Fit the thus-assembled timing belt
pulley (16) unit on camshaft, pushing
it fully home.
Insert tool part no. 88713.2355 onto
the belt pulleys to prevent rotation.
Apply a thin film of the recommended
grease on the thread and underside of
ring nut (13) fixing the pulley and fit it
onto camshaft with washer (14).
Important
Always fit new ring nuts on
reassembly.
Using the bush of tool part
no.
88700.5644 in combination with a
torque wrench, tighten ring nuts (13)
to their specified torque (Sect. C 3).
