Attenzione
La casa costruttrice delle pompe
freno, considerando l'importanza in
termini di sicurezza che riveste questo
componente, suggerisce di non
intervenire in nessun modo all'interno
della pompa (17). Una revisione non
eseguita correttamente può mettere
in serio pericolo l'incolumità del pilota.
Le operazioni di sostituzione si
devono limitare per la pompa, alla leva
di comando, al gruppo serbatoio con
relativi componenti di fissaggio e al
corpo pompa completo.
Smontaggio pompa freno
posteriore
Svitare la vite (28) di fissaggio staffa
supporto (11) pompa.
Svitare il perno (5) di fissaggio leva
comando freno (9).
Scollegare il tubo (16) dal
serbatoio (22), rimuovendo la
fascetta (4).
Svitare la vite speciale (1),
recuperando le due rondelle (2).
Svitare la vite (20) e rimuovere il
serbatoio olio (22).
Scollegare l’interruttore (13) dal
cablaggio principale (Sez. P 1).
Rimuovere il comando freno
posteriore completo.

Warning
The brake master cylinder
manufacturer advises against
servicing of the brake master
cylinder (17) due to the safety-critical
nature of this component.
Incorrect overhaul of this critical
safety component can endanger
rider safety.
Maintenance operations on these
units are limited to renewal of the
following parts: control lever, fluid
reservoir assembly and relative
fasteners and the complete master
cylinder assembly.
Removing the rear brake
master cylinder
Unscrew the bolt (28) securing the
master cylinder bracket (11).
Unscrew the pivot bolt (5) of the
brake pedal (9).
Disconnect the hose (16) from
the fluid reservoir (22), removing
the clip (4).
Remove the banjo bolt (1), recovering
the two sealing washers (2).
Unscrew the bolt (20) and remove the
fluid reservoir (22).
Disconnect the switch (13) from main
wiring (Sect. P 1).
Remove the complete rear brake
master cylinder assembly.
