cilindro / pistone
Se si utilizzano gruppi nuovi, è
necessario accoppiare cilindri e
pistoni della stessa selezione:
La lettera che indica la selezione
del cilindro è stampigliata sul lato
superiore del cilindro stesso, nella
superficie di accoppiamento tra
cilindro e testa; quella che indica la
selezione del pistone è stampigliata
sul cielo, in mezzo alle due sacche
valvole.
Se durante lo smontaggio si è
proceduto alla separazione dei pistoni
dai cilindri è necessario, prima di
procedere nell'inserimento, orientare
le aperture dei segmenti a 120° tra
loro (la marcatura va sempre rivolta
verso il cielo del pistone).
Utilizzando un attrezzo universale,
inserire delicatamente il pistone
dentro al cilindro (è bene lubrificare
con olio motore l'interno del cilindro
prima dell'introduzione) facendo
attenzione che la sacca valvola più
stretta deve trovarsi in
corrispondenza dello scarico.
Pulire da precedenti incrostazioni e
sgrassare le superfici di contatto del
semicarter e dei cilindri.
Verificare che sul basamento siano
installati la spina (1) di passaggio olio
alle testa e la spina (A) di centraggio
dei cilindri.
Refitting the cylinder /
piston assembly
If you are using new cylinders and
pistons, combine cylinders and
pistons belonging to the same class:
The letter that indicates the cylinder
class is punched on the top of the
cylinder on the mating surface
between cylinder and cylinder head;
the letter indicating the piston class is
stamped on the crown between the
two valve recesses.
If the pistons have been separated
from cylinders, before reassembling
these components, position the
piston ring gaps at 120° from one
another (the marks must always face
the piston crown).
Use a universal tool to insert the
piston carefully into the cylinder (first
lubricate the inside of the cylinder with
engine oil). Position the piston so that
the smallest valve recess is on the
side of the exhaust port.
Remove any deposits and degrease
the contact surfaces of the crankcase
and the cylinders.
Check that connection (1) for transfer
of oil to the heads and cylinder
locating dowel (A) are installed on
the crankcase.
