Durante il montaggio dei perni
bilanceri (4) assicurarsi che il foro
filettato (B) risulti sul lato esterno
della testa.
Sganciare la molla (9) e rimuovere
l’attrezzo
88713.2362 .
Utilizzando sempre la spina
88713.0262 , posizionare il bilanciere
di apertura (3) ed effettuare la
spessorazione laterale utilizzando i
rasamenti (2).
I rasamenti (2) devono essere
posizionati ai lati della molletta (1).
Gioco assiale bilanciere apertura:
0,05 ÷ 0,20 mm
Important
When assembling rocker
arm pins (4) make sure that threaded
hole (B) is on the head external side.
Detach spring (9) and remove tool
part no.
88713.2362 .
Again using tool 88713.0262 , position
the opening rocker arm (3) and
perform lateral shimming using
shims (2).
Shims (2) must be positioned at the
sides of clip (1).
Opening rocker arm end float:
0.05 – 0.20 mm
