Notes
The diagrams show the head
without the opening rocker arm,
although the procedure can be
performed with the rocker arm still
installed.
Using two screwdrivers, block the
closing rocker arm (18) in the valve
open position.
Slide the valve closing register (8) on
the intake valve stem (17) in such a
way as to make it possible to remove
the two valve retaining split rings (7).
Use long nosed pliers or a magnetic
screwdriver to remove split rings (7)
from the valve stem.
Remove valve closing adjuster (8)
from valve (17).
Remove valve (17) from the
underside of the head.
Repeat the same procedure to
remove exhaust valve (16).
Note
Nelle immagini è rappresentata
la testa senza il bilanciere di apertura,
ma l’operazione è effettuabile anche
con quest’ultimo montato.
Utilizzando due cacciaviti, bloccare il
bilancere di chiusura (18) in posizione
di valvola aperta.
Far scorrere il registro di chiusura
valvola (8) sullo stelo valvola
aspirazione (17) in modo da rendere
possibile la rimozione dei due
semianelli (7) di ritegno valvola.
Utilizzando delle pinze a punta fine o
un cacciavite calamitato, rimuovere i
semianelli (7) dallo stelo valvola.
Sfilare il registro chiusura valvola (8)
dalla valvola (17).
Sfilare la valvola (17) dal lato inferiore
della testa.
Ripetere le stesse operazioni per la
rimozione della valvola (16) lato
scarico.
