Rimontaggio scatola
filtro aria
Applicare grasso prescritto sui
collettori di aspirazione (G).
Verificare che le fascette (F) siano
posizionate correttamente sui
collettori d'aspirazione (G), con
le viti di fissaggio rivolte verso
l'esterno del veicolo.
Riposizionare sopra al corpo farfallato
la scatola filtro (2) completa di bobine
e tubi.
Applicare grasso prescritto al tubo (H)
stepper motor e calzare il tubo alla
presa di pressione (12).
Collegare i collettori di aspirazione (G)
alla scatola filtro e serrare le
fascette (F) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Inserire le colonnette (8) sui
gommini (9) di appoggio al telaio.
Riposizionare il gommino (9) e il
distanziale (10) e serrare la vite (11)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Collegare i connettori (E) del
cablaggio principale alle bobine.
Collegare i cavi (B) della bobina testa
orizzontale (C) e della bobina testa
verticale (D) alle due rispettive
candele.
Riposizionare il tubo (6) con la
fascetta (7) sulla valvola (13) e serrare
la fascetta (7) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il radiatore olio (B) sulla
testa orizzontale, serrando le viti (A)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Rimontare il serbatoio L 2
Refitting the air filter box
Apply the specified grease to intake
manifolds (G).
Check that clamps (F) are correctly
positioned on intake manifolds (G),
with the fixing screws oriented
towards the exterior of the
motorcycle.
Reposition air filter box (2) complete
with coils and hoses on top of the
throttle body.
Apply the specified grease to stepper
motor hose (H) and fit the hose to test
point (12).
Connect intake manifolds (G) to the
air filter box and tighten clamps (F)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Insert stud bolts (8) in rubber vibration
dampers (9) providing support on
frame.
Reposition rubber vibration damper (9)
and spacer (10) and tighten screw (11)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Connect main wiring harness
connectors (E) to the coils.
Connect cables (B) of the horizontal
head coil (C) and vertical head coil (D)
to the respective spark plugs.
Refit hose (6) with clamp (7) on
valve (13) and tighten clamp (7) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Position oil cooler (B) on the
horizontal head, tightening screws (A)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
