Labeller (Outfeed) electrical control cabinet
The HI - HS with a multi pin plug type connections has an additional electrical cabinet under the outfeed
conveyor which houses various components related to the labelling station.
For connection detail between the cabinets, refer to section 1 - Installation

1 Isolator switch - turn mains power on / off
2 Power indicator lamp - illuminates green when power is on
3 Emergency stop button - push down to stop all conveyor movement, pull up to reset
4 Labeller up / down movement - arrow up, white button & arrow down black button. Press required
button to move height of labeller up / down to conveyor deck
5 Multi pin connection - plug in the cable from the weigh station electrical cabinet to link this two
cabinets together

Ethernet sockets (RJ45 x2 ) - one to connect to weigh station electrical cabinet, one to next labeller
station if fitted. The ethernet cable from the weigh station cabinet will plug into 6a. Link the first
labeller cabinet with a 2nd labeller cabinet with 6b
7 Termination plug - for single labeller station, the terminal plug will be plugged into the remaining
multipin socket. If a 2nd labeller station is to be connected, fit terminal plug to 2nd multi pin
connection on the 2nd labeller station cabinet
8 Conduit from labeller into cabinet - refer to section 1 , installation for connections
