HS blow applicator setup continued - Software settings
(Worldview)
When using the HS blow applicator, use the following software settings
Go to Service menu / Labeller setup / service
Settings tab
Applicator type = Airbox
Applicator Time = 20ms (this is the amount of time the air jets blow
for). This value may change depending on label size but should not
be too long (more than 60ms) as excess air can create label
placement inaccuracy.
Note: if any changes are made on this page, ensure the
button is pressed to store new setting before using the
application test
Debug tab
Use the Application test feature to test the applicator set up.
Touch this option to continually feed and blow labels down (conveyors
not running) to check applicator operation.
Use the settings above to adjust the application speed of operation for
this application test
