HS blow applicator setup continued - Label roll position on label spool
The label roll should always be positioned centrally on the labeller shaft / spools.
This will ensure the label is presented to the label applicator shoe in a central position
Manual / standard spool
Adjust the position of the rear disc to suit label width so
that the labels sit central
The distance from the rear disc to the mid point of the
spring core should be half the label roll width.
Note: Datum distance - the distance from the labeller
backplate to the centre position is 95mm
Centralizer label spool
Turn the front knob to adjust reel position to centralize label roll
Setting air pressure
Remove the rear applicator cover to gain access to the air regulator. This regulator controls the air pressure
for the HS blow applicator. The standard setting for this is 0.4MPa (4 bar)
