Loading labels
-
Signature top labeller
Inside wound or outside wound labels can be used on the label-
ler. The picture shows an outside wound label roll on the labeller
on a left to right top labeller
Important note: the label path should always run centrally through
the labeller. If fitted with the standard reel disc assembly the rear
reel disc will need to be adjusted for different width labels
This means the label roll should sit central on the label roll shaft
and when fed through the thermal head, the centre line of the
labels will be central on the thermal head.
If fitted with the optional label centralizer with labels will auto
centre when placed on the reel
For loading labels description of other labeller types, refer to
the operation manual
Loosen ratchet lever to allow re-
moval of front reel (standard reels)
Release catch to let
applicator hinge out
Turn black knob to lift
print head
Adjust position of rear disc
to suit label width so that
labels sit central
Load labels onto shaft. Outside
wound shown
NOTE: large industrial size core
(76mm dia) to be used.
Replace front reel disc and tighten
ratchet lever
