If the idler roller plates
have been loosened /
removed they must be
reset to the correct
height to ensure the
roller and conveyor deck
are level
With the screws holding
the idler roller plates are
not fully tight, the position
of the roller can be
moved up/down in
relation to the deck

A useful way to obtain the correct level of roller and
conveyor deck is to place the deck top down on a flat
surface that covers only the deck width / roller width
and ensure the roller and deck both touch the flat
surface.
Once the roller is level with the deck, fully tighten the
screws holding the idler roller plates. Ensure the
roller can slide in/out of the plates easily
Use a straight edge to check the level of the roller to
the deck is correct
