ON SCREEN ERROR MESSAGES - Worldview software
Error messages that appear in the worldview operation screen have the same meaning and resulting action
as Console software but the messages are displayed in a different way. A section below the weight / price
area flashes red/green when an error occurs. If pressed, detail of the error is displayed and the error can
be cleared at this point.
Typical error messages
When an error occurs, this area will flash
red/green
Basic message is displayed
Press the red area to access addition error
information
Additional error information
In this example, the labeller is not ready for
printing, red light error on labeller
Feed labels to get labeller to correct status
Touch to clear error from list
Other common errors
PLU is not selected / System not ready to
weigh
- select PLU for machine operation
Labeller error - Print apply cycle too fast -
Reduce conveyor speed and/or increase
print speed to obtain label in time
System error messages have not been
cleared

If original error is not cleared and operation
of the machine is tried, this message will
appear, clear all error to restart operation
