Removal of drive rollers
Keeping the bearing block upright, tap
the roller shaft on the motor side the
release the roller from the conveyor
assembly.
On assembly, Loctite is use on these
rollers to secure in place.

Re - assembly - Important points to note
On BL conveyor assemblies build before
January 2020 there are shims in the
places indicated in red (see left).
After January 2020 these shims are no
longer used.
Loctite 641 is used between shaft and
bearing on early and current build
versions.
