The hard drive is now free to remove from the
machine.
The mounting bracket can be reused on the
replacement hard drive unit.
To remove bracket, loosen the four screws at
the side of drive and lift drive from bracket.
Ensure correct orientation of new hard drive in
bracket and reuse the four screws to secure.
The solid state type hard drive has the
connection as shown left (Sata).
When refitting the hard drive into the machine
ensure the connecting cables are correctly
lined up with the connection on the hard drive.
The cable will only fit in one orientation.
The replacement hard drive will be pre - programmed with the operating system and the standard
Console or Worldview software.
