Re - assembly - continued
Place scale top assembly onto
load cell.
Use the two side screws in the
scale top bar to lightly tension
loadcell to opposite side.
Fit M6x16 screws and torque to
14Nm, use anti corrosive jointing
compound on screw threads.
Tighten side screws.
Apply Loctite 243 to side screw
at final assembly, remove
each side screw in turn and
apply Loctite 243
Refit the transit / over load stop
screw (or screws, if both were
removed) and set to the correct
height for load cell protection,
see section 1 installation for
details on this.
Once scale top is in position,
check bracket position. Ensure
the screw does not touch
bracket. Adjust bracket position
if required.
Deck levelling pin adjustment.
If these pins have been removed
the following setting must be
made.
Set height of all pins, see
diagram below.
Set gap to 3mm. When set,
tighten grub screw in latch block
These screws to be
tightened to torque
value of 14Nm
into loadcell

Note load cell clamp bar sits on
slotted spring pin
