Fit motor / gearhead assembly to motor
bracket. Ensure toothed drive belt is
around the pulley
Fit the four screw with washers to hold the motor
assembly in place.
Note:
If the drive roller is not in place yet, leave the motor
assembly loose until roller is fitted to ensure correct
tension for drive belt.
If roller is in place, lift motor assembly to tension drive
belt and tighten fixing screws

Refit the drive roller, engaging the pulley end with
the toothed dive belt
Refit the drive roller bracket.
Do not fully tighten fixings yet
Important - this bracket must be set
correctly for roller height, see next
page
Fit end screw and washers in roller end
to secure roller in place
