To overcome this error with Worldview software go to:
Service menu / Scale settings / ADC settings
(set ADC security switch to OFF to allow entry
- see page 4 - 38 for location)
Message - security switch must be
turned OFF
Go to ADC settings in the service scale
screen, select a setting)
(any value will be ok to select but make
sure the value is not changed).
Do not change any value, just click OK
which will activate the Save button at the
bottom of the screen
Click Save and switch the ADC security
switch on again when prompted
Re - start Worldview software
