Re - calibration of scale - using Console software
(dynamic weighing type)
IMPORTANT: This operation to be undertaken by the distributor or other
qualified persons using traceable calibrated weights.
Before starting the calibration, ensure the scale capacity options are set correctly
To enter the scale menu the ADC security switch needs to be set. See page 4 - 38
Span weight – enter the weight in grams of the
weight used to calibrate the scale.
Capacity – The maximum capacity of the scale.
Interval – The scale interval (in mg).
Re calibrate Zero
This re - zero function may be required if the scale has
drifted too far from allowing the operation screen

- zero to work.
In scale settings, go to calibration.
Re - calibration of zero is requires no weights.
Press Re calibrate Zero – ensure there is nothing on
the scale and infeed sensor is clear. Allow machine
to re
- calibrate zero point.
Wait for message prompt to indicate completion.
Once complete, close and exit scale menu. Save
changes on exiting.
