Low - friction tape
The conveyor deck has strips of UHMWpe tape.
This tape should be periodically checked to ensure it is in good condition. If it is found to be worn or
damaged the strip or strips should be replaced.
The strips are evenly spaced across the width of the conveyor deck and number of strips will depend on the
conveyor width. Refer to the HI
- HS parts manual for amount required depending on size of conveyor.
If replacing this tape, it may be necessary
to remove the two rollers to give better
access to the deck ends
