Drive assembly

 continued

 

Loosen the grub screws in the other 
two pulleys

 

Slide the two pulleys and toothed belt off the roller 
shafts together.

 

Inspect all parts and replace any worn or damaged 
parts. 

 

Removal of drive rollers

 

Remove the screws holding the bearing block in place.

 

There are two bearing blocks, one for each conveyor

 

Remove the side catch bracket

 

Rotate the each bearing block out of the conveyor 
deck side

 

Before pushing out the drive roller from the     
conveyor assembly, take care not to loose the 
spacer on the shaft of the roller on the motor side
