Fit drive roller assembly to long and short decks
Ensure the roller is pushed fully in against
the inner race of the bearing.
Use Loctite 641 between shaft and bearing
When fitting bearing block to roller shaft use
Loctite 641 between shaft and bearing
NOTE: Do not use plain washers, only
use spring washers in these positions
Drive pulleys & belt tension
Use Loctite 243 on grub screws that secure the drive
pullies in place.
Lower the belt tensioner assembly onto the drive belt
to tension belt, tighten screw to secure in place.
Pull the motor assembly sideways to tension the
drive belt and tighten the four screws and nylock nuts
Check belt tension
