Re - assembly - Important points to note
Belt tensioner post assembly
Use Loctite 641 between belt tensioner post & bearings
and also between idler sleeve & bearings.
Press bearings into sleeve
and post into bearings.
Use circlip on post end to
secure
Drive belt plate
Use Loctite 641 between plate & bearings
Ensure the flange bearings are placed in
the plate the correct orientation.
Flange side of bearing on this side of the
plate.
Note, the holes are not counter sunk this
side
When fitting the drive belt plate to the
conveyor assembly, use Loctite 641
between shaft and bearing.
Also, use Loctite 243 on screw threads
