Signature labeller - thermal head horizontal position
Head set up position - platen roller type
If the labeller has the platen roller fitted (instead of near edge assembly) the default mounting plate
position is different
With the thermal head position set to its
default position (see page 62) the head set
up position can be set
Loosen the four hex head screws holding
the mounting plate to the back plate.
Slide the assembly back / forward to obtain
the correct position of thermal head on
platen roller. The thermal head heat dot line
should be on the highest point of the platen
roller.

obtain best print
The correct position for the mounting plate
is approximately 1mm in from left side of
the slot end in the plate
Note: if head horizontal position is changed, re - check the head vertical position - see page 4 - 67
